The Association shall be a public and charitable society having for its objects:‐

• To promote amongst Members exchange of knowledge, experience and ideas.
• To promote and develop fellowship amongst the Members.
• To provide financial and any other kind of help to Members, their families, teachers and staff (past or present) of Holy Angels Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Salem (HAMS), and, also to provide help and support to other needful sections of the society.
• To maintain for the benefit of members, their families, teachers and staff (past or present) of HAMS, liaison with Organizations having similar objectives with this Society.
• To provide merit based scholarships to students desirous of obtaining education in HAMS.
• To provide merit based scholarships to students (past and/or present) of HAMS, to pursue higher studies in India or abroad.
• To provide career counseling to students of HAMS.
• To assist in obtaining gainful employment/profession/vocation to students and teachers (past and/or present) of HAMS.
• To receive and accept subscription, fees, gifts, donations and grants in cash or in kind.
• To accept, purchase, receive, take on lease or hire or otherwise acquire any moveable or Immovable property, rights or privileges
• To perform all such acts in transparent and accountable manner as may be considered necessary or conducive to the attainment of the aforesaid objects.
